Let’s Get Embodied!
Mental Health & Intimacy Consulting, Choreography, & Coordination
Shaping empowering narratives around mental health and intimacy in television, film, and music.
As a mental health and intimacy professional, I combine nearly 15 years of experience in domestic and sexual violence prevention, over 20 years in music performance and education, creative writing and storytelling, and movement practice to act as a guide to support your creative journey and production goals.
I offer a supportive and empathetic presence and valuable tools to empower individuals, creative groups, and companies to bring their creative visions to life. My role is to support creative, ethical, and consensual storytelling involving intimacy and mental health. I am available as a consultant during pre-production, a coach in post-production, and a coordinator on-set and in rehearsals.
I’ve received relevant training from programs like the Somatica® Institute, Theatrical Intimacy Education, and the Association of Mental Health Coordinators, among other training through anti-domestic and sexual violence organizational affiliations. My movement practice stems from West African, Contemporary, Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Brazilian, and Heels/Pole from Mark Morris Dance Center, SADA, and Goodside Studios.
