Creating Stories for Justice & Joy

I believe the ability for people to thrive is closely tied to the narratives about their communities and who controls those narratives. One of the most compelling ways to share those narratives is through storytelling, music, and creative art.

I am a multidisciplinary storyteller and creative consultant with 15 years of experience as a communications and narrative strategist and music educator. I enjoy working on projects centering and celebrating stories about people of color, promoting justice, and cultivating joy.

I’ve worked on creative projects as a music supervisor, producer, writer, editor, creative ideation, and narrative strategist with companies and organizations like MDM Productions Inc., Prevention Institute, Unicorn Authors Club, Equal Justice USA, the National Women’s Law Center, the National Network to End Domestic Violence, and the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence.
